The new plan:
1 hour of cardio on Mon, Wed and Fri
1 hour of strength on Tue and Thr
Today I put on my TrimSteps and headed to 24hr Fitness. I went to the gym by myself since my partner was gallivanting in Naples (being self-motivated is important in order to stay focused). I decided to challenge myself my doing the performance training on the Elliptical. The Hill Climb is an amazing work out and challenge. You start out with a basic warm up and then as you climb up the hill you feel the resistance of the machine getting tighter and tighter and there is no relief until its time to come down. I stayed on for 40 minutes which is the most I have ever done on the performance series and burned 383 calories so I felt accomplished. I came home and did crunches and sit ups to work my abs.

Today's Meal:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and turkey sausage (no bread) with water
Lunch - turkey sandwhich (made on a bagel thin)
Snack: strawberries
Dinner: meatballs and pasta
